Confidentiality Standard
ARAYA MARKETING & TECHNOLOGY operates under a strict confidentiality standard. From our first conversation to long after a project ends, your business stays your business.
1. Confidential by Default
We do not publicly disclose client names, project details, internal strategies, private systems, dashboards, reports, performance data, or business information. Every client relationship and project discussion is confidential by default.
2. No Public Portfolios or Watermarks
We do not use client work to promote ourselves. There are no exceptions to this policy. Permission or not, ARAYA MARKETING & TECHNOLOGY does not publish, showcase, display, or promote client work.
We do not place agency watermarks, "created by" tags, footer credits, or promotional marks on client deliverables. Client websites, campaigns, and strategy documents are never used to create exposure for our firm.
3. Referrals and Client Choice
We operate entirely through client referral. However, the choice to share the relationship belongs entirely to the client. Even if a client publicly mentions working with us, it does not change our standard.
4. Protected Information and Security
Confidential information includes any non-public information shared with, created for, accessed by, or developed through ARAYA MARKETING & TECHNOLOGY.
5. Account Access and Internal Systems
Access is used only for authorized work. Whenever possible, clients should provide role-based or user-specific permissions instead of sharing primary login credentials.
6. Employees, Vendors, and Partners
All internal team members are bound by this standard. Outside vendors must operate under confidentiality terms or nondisclosure agreements before receiving sensitive information.
7. Competitive Discretion
We protect the client's strategy, systems, and competitive position. Information from one client is not used to benefit another client.
8. Confidentiality After Completion
Confidentiality continues permanently after the work ends. Upon request, sensitive credentials or proprietary files will be returned or securely destroyed.
9. Limited Operational Exceptions
We may disclose information only when necessary to complete authorized work or where required by law. These exceptions do not allow client work to be used for promotion.
10. Relationship to Client Agreements
This page states our public standard. If a signed client agreement provides stronger or more specific terms, that agreement controls for that relationship.
Client Responsibilities
- Share only the information necessary for the project.
- Use approved channels for file transfers and communication.
- Flag highly sensitive items before sending.
